Watch and survey with customer satisfaction to either learn possible expansions or to at least find who they are and what they like and don’t like. It is the customers’ perspective that is crucial, not yours or your friends.
What do they do?
Where do they live?
How do they use your product or service? They may id something that you didn’t think was in your marketing.

What excites them? What is valuable to them in your product?
If you can answer and reexamine these questions you wil be ready to market you product and will later be ready for expansion and growth!
